'Come as you are in 2015'

Recently the Healing & Coaching team held a fantastic workshop 'Come as you are in 2015'.

It is based on the idea of envisioning where you want to be in 2015, 5 years into the future. 10 people attended the event acting as if it really was 2015 and their vision had already come true!! They dressed the part, talked the part, and brought props such as books they had written, pictures of their houses, holidays they had been on, wedding rings, keys to the new car, photos of their wedding, new car etc. The day was spent talking about their accomplishments, celebrating their successes and talking about their feelings of achievement and contentment at having acheived their goals and being successful. Photos were taken of all participants and by the end of the workshop everyone had left on a high feeling they could achieve anything and that they had clear plans towards their goals.

The idea behind this event is to focus on where you want to be in 2015, and as you do so, you will find creative ideas will pop into your mind and your dreams will start turning into reality. Opportunities will present themselves to you to bring you closer to your goals.

The Meaning of Life

The meaning of life is when we are grateful for each day that comes our way.

When our lives work in balance and harmony with Mother Earth.

If obstacles come our way, we look at them for what they are; learning experiences for our highest good, opportunities for growth.

To give without receiving, to love without expecting anything in return, to seek without analysing, to give from the abundant universal supply of love where we know everything is already with us as we are already whole and perfect,

We already have everything we want, it is just about changing the focus of how we see it.

Dreams

Your dreams can become reality, lots of personal development books and authors confirm this, as when you dream, you set yourself something you want, you make it into a goal, set a date you want it to be achieved by (otherwise it will always be in the future) and go into your dream and believe it is already yours. Your mental body will get to work and thoughts will start dropping out throughout your day of things you can do to move yourself forward. Write them down whenever you feel them. But carry on visualising your dreams as if they are real. See them as your reality now, and you inside them, and everything is how you wish and want it to be.

Have faith. Then at the end of the exercise, have gratitude. Express gratitude to your higher self for showing you the path, express gratitude to the universe and god and most importantly express gratitude to yourself because then your inner light will shine more brightly the more content you are and this will bring your manifestations more to you. If you do not like your own self at this moment, you have to focus on loving yourself first. Say affirmations (Read article on setting affirmations) on a daily basis that express your love for yourself, remember there is nothing wrong in loving yourself. When you love yourself, you stand up more for what you believe in, and you have faith in others because you have faith in yourself. You also believe yourself when you say you are going to do something and you do it.

The object of all these exercises is learning to go within.

Try and get into the habit of calming your mind down daily, this requires that you are free of outside distraction for at least five mins a day. What you really want is your intuition to open it’s voice up to you. This can only happen when you take time away from external distractions and focus on what is going on in the inside. Neuroscientists have identified that each day we have a staggering 70,000 thoughts, each of them determining the actions and the habits we have developed in our lives. These are our conscious thoughts: we are blissfully unaware of what goes on in our subconscious mind. Like an iceberg:
1/8 conscious mind – the tip of the iceberg is what we project to the world.
7/8 sub-conscious mind – our reality is shaped here

Therefore you can use your conscious mind to achieve your dreams by fuelling it with visualisations and affirmations. This will set your unconscious mind to work on activating ways to make this your reality as your unconscious mind will already see this as reality. This is the way to reprogramme your mind to live your dreams as if they are already in your reality and then they will be your reality.

If you can take some time out and start listening to your internal voice, write down what it says. It may be at first that your mind is focused on certain things, worries, anxiety, just write everything down on paper. What you will find is that by writing everything you feel on the inside down, your mind will start decluttering which will allow you to focus on your higher self and your intuition will start speaking up for itself. Healing also can help calm your mind down.

Then when you focus back on your dreams, these will get bigger as you can dedicate more time and energy to them, so you will be able to note specific colours etc that you can jot down.

Then on a piece of card, your diary or something that you can easily carry around, jot down your goals as if they have already been achieved. These should be written in the style of affirmations.

By continually looking at your goals throughout the day, you will be reminded of your dreams which will transfer more energy to them which means that they will manifest quicker to you.

I will take you by the hand every step of the way and guide you to your life’s purpose, this can be defining what it is, to setting goals to achieve it to living it and manifesting everything you want along the way.

You see, when you are inspired and living your dreams, you send more love and a higher vibration out to the world which is good for mother earth as well as all other living organisms. And ultimately you get what you want out of life!!

If you take time, to compose your dreams and consciously everyday sit in your dreams as if they are real, you will soon find that your mind starts focusing on this more and more and this comes to you a lot quicker. Believe in yourself and your dreams.

What have we learnt from the current economic climate?

That having more money isn’t the way forward anymore, that money can’t buy you security. So what can? The time has come when individuals key skills are most needed. There is no such thing anymore as a job for life. To move forward and embrace this time of uncertainty, people need to go within themselves and embrace their own passions and skills and use them to forge ahead in the world.

Where do I come in? Through my experience I can help you to establish your skills and passions and start creating the job that you were born to do. You won’t have to worry about the job market anymore and a threat of redundancy as when you are living your life on purpose and contributing in some way to the betterment of the world there will always be use for what you have. The world needs you to start taking control of your life and put your ideas into action. The security we have is when we rely on our natural skills and talents and create opportunities from within. How do I help with all of this? Through using coaching and healing techniques I can help you to become inspired and believe in yourself. We will look at your passions and skills and help you to get motivated. I also use my experience of working in many different organisations to help you to take action steps to start living your dreams.
